What a great presentation by AP. After spending plenty of time on de-escalation, we saw videos from his realistic use of force scenario simulator. This remarkable tool is used to hone your judgment skills in shoot/don’t shoot scenarios, aligning your abilities with the high standards set by local police academies and law enforcement agencies. That decision making in the moment – very heady!
