California is at it again. DOJ hasn’t given up on all of the restrictions initially part of SB2. A few months ago we got a partial victory in that the 9th Circuit temporarily denied some of the restrictions (carrying in church, medical facilities, public transit, posting of special signs allowing CCW carry in private places, etc.). Hopefully the final decision will be a good one. CRPA is prioritizing this and devoting maximum effort.
