Steve Strull (to the rescue!)
When Rick Travis had a last minute emergency, Steve Strull stepped up and stepped in to be our guest speaker. And he was tremendous!
As a retired California Highway Patrol (CHP) captain with over 33 years of law enforcement experience, who spent 25 years in Officer Involved Shooting investigation, he had lots of very valuable guiding principals to share. Principals he developed to help train new officers that are highly transferable to CCW license holders (and those with firearms in general).
