Course Overview:  The law firm of Michel & Associates, P.C. is working with MV Tactical & Firearms Training, Inc. to present the “Gun Law for Gun Owners,” seminar.  This class will combine the expertise of attorney Matt Cubeiro (criminal defense and firearms regulation law attorney) and Police Sergeant Brian Fitzpatrick (Ret.). These combined teaching perspectives will create a unique learning experience for attendees. Admission for this one-of-a-kind class is $135.00.  Attendees will receive a copy of C.D. Michel’s book, California Gun Laws: A Guide to State and Federal Firearm Regulations 10th Edition, a $29.00 value.

For attorneys attending the class: CLE credit will be available for the firearm law portion, which makes up the first four hours, taught by Mr. Cubeiro. An additional fee of $100 dollars (for a total cost of $235.00) will be required for attorneys who want to receive four hours of CLE credit. Attorneys are not required to attend the rest of the course after the CLE portion to obtain the full four hours of CLE credit, although they are welcome to attend the entire day’s class. To register for CLE credit, please email Brian directly or call 310-720-2028.
